W&M is a treasure trove of tales, including posts by Daniel Okrent (former public editor of the New York Times and, incidentally, a fellow UM grad) about whether Joe Kennedy was a bootlegger, Marla Miller, about the real Betsy Ross, Donald Haase, about the reevaluation of Grimms’ fairy tales, and much, much more.
My friend and fellow writer Lara Zielin dreamed of becoming a writer, and then she did it. Now she wants to help other people just starting out on the long and winding road to publication. Lara offers affordable services like manuscript evaluations and help with the dreaded query letter. Go Lara!
